In which states do you have job opportunities?
We currently have employees in 38 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
What types of positions do you offer?
We provide an array of support staff to our customers in the areas of investigative and legal support, professional and administrative services, information technology, and mission solutions. Click here to learn more about our service offerings.
Do all of your positions require a security clearance?
Not all, but many of our contracts do require that the personnel we provide have some type of clearance or government suitability determination.
Does MVM provide benefits?
MVM provides a competitive benefits package to its employees. Your benefits will vary based on your assigned contract and position, but may include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(K), employee assistance, and life insurance.
How do I apply for a job on your website?
You can apply to jobs by navigating to our job postings page and searching our database for available positions. You can search by several different criteria, such as location, job type, and job category. Once you’ve found a position to which you would like to apply, simply select the “Apply” button.
How do I find out about the status of my application?
To get the most up-to-date information on the status of your application, log into your candidate homepage. You can do this by going to our job postings page and selecting “Sign In” in the upper-right hand portion of the screen. Be sure to use the same email address and password to sign in that you used when you submitted your application. Due to the high volume of applications received, the Recruiting Department will only contact you directly should you be selected to advance in our application process.
What is MVM’s application process like?
At minimum, all applicants undergo a thorough qualifications review, at least one interview, and drug test. Depending on the position, your application process may also include an entrance exam, security clearance, and medical examination. Read more about our process here.

Yes – you may apply for any position for which you meet the minimum qualifications.

I’m a current MVM employee; can I apply for other positions through this website?
If you are a current MVM employee, you can apply for other positions within the company through your Workday employee account. Once you sign into Workday, select the “Career” worklet, and then “Find Jobs” to search and apply for positions.
